Susan – I can’t believe I missed this point (great question). Short answer – 30 years! Longer answer in section 14.1:

“The term of this Agreement (the “Term”) shall commence on the Effective Date. Its duration shall otherwise be coterminous with the initial term (“Initial Term”) of the Transition and Operations Support Agreement between the Parties dated as of March 22, 2018 (the “TOSA”) and shall include any Renewal Terms (“Renewal Terms”), as defined in the TOSA.”

This also makes a direct connection between this agreement and the Purdue Global agreement. Well, you might have triggered a follow-up blog post.

Phil, great work. The Purdue-Kaplan marriage sounds more dysfunctional with each story that’s revealed. I will share it with all my connections. Let’s hope someone in the mainstream media will pick up on this.
