    Thanks for reporting some about the ASU/GSV event. I couldn’t bear to sign up and sit through any of the sessions; I have no interest in people who don’t know how to do my job telling me how to do my job or telling me that my job shouldn’t exist because of the free market/the Internet/magic.

    PS Is it just me or does “post-pandemic higher education driven by big tech and elite institution partnerships like MIT@Google or iStanford” sound suspiciously like the xMOOC all over again?

      Thanks. Also, yes, it does sound very similar to xMOOC promises, especially in its focus on elite universities and magical scale of tech. And hubris.
