Jeanette strongly believes in the power of education to transform the world and has spent the last 20 years working as an agent of change. After earning a MS in Instructional Design and Organizational Learning, she went on to develop award-winning, stand-alone technology products for Wadsworth Publishing. Jeanette was then named Director of Video Production for Thomson where she managed a multi-million-dollar budget for large video partnerships as well as an in-house video and audio production team. She played a critical role as the Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships at Cengage- providing deep customer understanding, working on merger and acquisition efforts, developing and executing strategic initiatives, cultivating and maintaining partnerships, innovating business models, and improving market readiness. Jeanette moved on to Kaltura where she collaborated with partners on business terms and product features as well as to spearhead their educational strategy, in addition to cultivating alliances with major publishers and educational technology companies to facilitate adoption of the Kaltura platform. For the last few years she has applied this experience by helping a variety of large organizations, small start-ups and everything in-between as a consultant for MindWires. But really, she will always be a middle school teacher at heart.
